Preparation Directions: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on an 11 in x 17 in baking sheet. 3. Bake according to chart to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Amount: Full bag; Time: 25 to 29 minutes. Amount: Half bag; Time: 18 to 21 minutes. Deep Fry: 1. Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees F deep fryer should be no more than half full of oil. 2. Fill fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Lower basket. Careful, oil may spatter. 3. Fry 7 to 8 minutes or to desired color and crispness. 4. Drain on paper towels. For food safety and quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary.
