Single Batch Recipe: 1 lb brussels sprouts; 3 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp butter (melted); 1 tbsp seasoning. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Trim stem of brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. Cut in half and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix together melted butter, olive oil and 1 tbsp seasoning. Drizzle over brussels sprouts and toss to coat all sides. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and charred, turning halfway through. Great seasoning for potatoes and other hearty vegetables.
