Microwave Directions: 1. In microwave-safe bowl, combine desired amount florets and 1/4 cup water. 2. Loosely cover and microwave on high for 5-8 minutes, until vegetables have reached a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F and desired tenderness. 3. Drain, serve and enjoy. Because microwaves vary, cook times are approximate. Oven-Roast Directions: Drizzle florets with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast at 450 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serving Suggestions: Finely chop florets and add to coleslaw or your favorite pasta salad.
