Instructions: Instant Pot: 1. Cut 1.5 lb pork shoulder into 2-inch cubes. 2. Add pork, Kinder's seasoning, 1/2 cup water to Instant Pot. 3. Cook on high for 35 minutes. 4. Release pressure. Remove pork from liquid and broil in oven on high, 5 minutes each side. Instructions: Slow Cooker: 1. Cut 1.5 lb pork shoulder into 2-inch cubes. 2. Add pork, Kinder's seasoning, and 2.5 cups water to slow cooker. 3. Cook on low for 6 hours. 4. Remove pork from liquid and broil in oven on high, 5 minutes each side. Store in a cool, dry place.
