Cooking Directions: For best result thaw frozen blintzes before preparing. Do not re-freeze. Promptly refrigerate unused portions. For Best Quality: Let blintzes thaw. Place in a skillet with melted butter and oil over medium heat. Turn occasionally until golden brown. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brush blintzes with cooking oil and place on presprayed baking sheet. Bake for 5-10 minutes if fresh, 10 to 15 if frozen. Halfway through the baking process turn blintzes for both sides to brown evenly. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
