Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and or poultry. Cook from frozen. Cooking Instructions: Cook from Frozen: Stove Top: 1. Preheat pan over medium heat. 2. Remove the patty from the packaging and the paper. 3. Place 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan. 4. Place the patty in the pan. 5. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F measured by a meat thermometer. 6. Remove the pan and let it sit for 2 minutes before serving. Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 2. Remove the patty from the packaging and the paper. 3. Place the patty on the grill. 4. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F measured by a meat thermometer. 5. Remove from the grill and let it sit for 2 minutes before serving. Recommended: 165 degrees - well done. 155 degrees - medium well. 145 degrees - medium. 135 degrees - medium rare. The USDA recommends ground beef to be cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Chef Recommended: Put Steakhouse patty on a brioche bun, top with caramelized onions and horseradish cream sauce. Perishable. Keep frozen.
