No Thaw Cooking Directions (Microwave Not Recommended): Grilling--Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place on grill, about 4" above heat. Grill burgers 8 minutes on one side; turn and grill on the other side for 7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165F. Broiling--Preheat broiler. Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place on broiler pan, about 4" under heat. Broil burgers for 7 minutes on each side or until center of burger reaches 165F. Skillet--Preheat non-stick skillet on medium heat. Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place in skillet. Cook burgers for 9 minutes on one side; turn and cook on the other side for 7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165F. Keep frozen.
