To cook our gluten free oatmeal, you can either microwave it or add hot water. Microwave instructions: add water to the fill line inside cup. Microwave on high for 60-75 seconds and stir well. Hot water method: add boiling water or milk to fill line and stir well. Let it steep covered for 4-5 minutes. Overnight oatmeal: add milk of choice to the fill line. Add your favorite toppings and flavors, stir and cover, and then chill for at least 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
