Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Pan Fry: Cooking Directions Skillet--Crumbled Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add sausage and separate into crumbles; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes. Cook until turkey is well done, reaching 165 Degrees F as measured with a meter thermometer. Patties Slice sausage into patties, 1/2" thick. Apply a quick one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add patties; cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning 1 to 2 times. Cook until center is well done, reaching 165 Degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
