Bake: Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F. Place in pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes. Bake until center is well done, reaching 165 Degrees F** as measured with a meat thermometer. Cooking times may vary. Directions are based on thawed (not frozen) product. **Do not exceed 170 Degrees F as the product will lose too much moisture. Grill: Preheat grill. Sear 5 to 8 minutes on each side. Grill for another 20 minutes, turning several times. Cook until center is well done, reaching 165 Degrees F** as measured with a meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
