Directions: 1. Arrange Briquets: Arrange about 6 lb (100 briquets) in two rows around the outer edge of your grill in a semicircle or c-shape. 2. Light Briquets: Light about 10 briquets in a charcoal chimney. When they have begun to ash, add them all to one end of your charcoal pile. 3. Cover Grill: cover the grill with the grill lid. Adjust grill vents to reach your desired temperature. Opening the vents increases the temperature. Store briquets in a cool, dry place. Pull from end on front of the bag.
