Keep refrigerated or frozen. Cooking Directions: For best results thaw frozen blintzes before preparing. Do not refreeze. Promptly refrigerate unused portions. For Best Quality: Let blintzes thaw. Place in a skillet with melted butter and oil over medium heat turn occasionally until golden brown. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Brush blintzes with cooking oil and place on presprayed baking sheet. Bake for 5-10 minutes if fresh, 10 to l5 if frozen. Halfway through the baking process turn blintzes for both sides to brown evenly.
